In this project, our team began by conducting an in-depth analysis of the Pakistani market—covering demand for handle plastic bags, high-selling sizes, competitor brands, their pricing, and the full landed cost of the product delivered to the customer’s warehouse in Pakistan. Practical solutions for reducing logistics costs within Pakistan were also provided.
Next, we initiated a targeted customer-acquisition process. After negotiating with reputable buyers, three qualified customers were selected as suitable partners for starting cooperation. Based on market needs, we also advised the client on production planning and supplying the specific bag sizes required in Pakistan.
Finally, with full coordination by the IPA team, the export flow of this product began smoothly and consistently, establishing a stable and ongoing export operation.
