In this project, the Pakistani client sought to source various polyethylene compounds from Iran—products that would meet quality requirements while being delivered to Lahore at a reasonable landed cost.
The IPA team first conducted multiple meetings to gather detailed technical specifications and intended applications of the raw materials from the client. We then negotiated with reputable compound manufacturers in Iran to secure the best options for the client.
Simultaneously, solutions for reducing customs and transportation costs in Pakistan were identified and proposed. Finally, the selected samples that best matched the client’s needs were prepared and sent for final evaluation.
We began our activities 7 years ago by entering the Pakistani market, and over the years we have built an extensive network and gained deep insight into this market. Today, as an export management company, we leverage our experience, relationships, and marketing infrastructure to make the entry of Iranian products into the Pakistani market simpler, faster, and more reliable.
