In this project, the IPA team identified complementary capacities in Iran and Pakistan to facilitate a sustainable business collaboration between two reputable players in the fruit market.
Mr. Seyed Hassan from Pakistan had been an indirect supplier of mangoes to Iran for years, while Mr. Shayan, an experienced fruit trader in Iran, had previously faced unsuccessful attempts in sourcing mangoes from Pakistan.
Through IPA’s facilitation—eliminating mistrust, addressing logistical concerns, and establishing a transparent cooperation framework—a reliable and direct partnership between the two parties was made possible. This collaboration was launched with our support, and planning for its expansion in the coming year is currently underway.
We began our activities 7 years ago by entering the Pakistani market, and over the years we have built an extensive network and gained deep insight into this market. Today, as an export management company, we leverage our experience, relationships, and marketing infrastructure to make the entry of Iranian products into the Pakistani market simpler, faster, and more reliable.
