We assessed market entry opportunities for Pakistan and, based on our field knowledge, proposed a suitable product portfolio in the nuts and dried fruits sector.
At the client’s request, we organized a business trip to Karachi, Lahore, and Multan to meet potential buyers. The itinerary was carefully planned to also allow visits to the Pakistan Agricultural Industry Exhibition.
Ultimately, over 20 B2B meetings with reputable Pakistani buyers were coordinated. The IPA team fully managed and accompanied all stages, including planning, travel coordination, field visits, and participation in the exhibitions.
