In this project, the IPA team fully managed the client’s product entry into the Pakistani market and its direct sales to wholesalers and distributors in eastern Pakistan.

We first conducted a thorough analysis of the market, competitor quality and packaging, and pricing structures, while simultaneously providing practical solutions to reduce logistics and customs costs in Pakistan.

After identifying reputable buyers, sales negotiations were conducted, purchase orders were received, and shipments were successfully delivered to the Pakistani buyer. The entire payment and fund transfer process to Iran was completed smoothly and in the shortest possible time. Ultimately, the customer-acquisition process continued successfully until the client’s export flow was stabilized according to their capacity.
