In this project, the IPA team was responsible for sourcing high-quality tomatoes and onions suitable for the Karachi market. The client’s main concerns were securing competitively priced products and ensuring fast delivery.

To achieve this, our team managed all necessary stages:

• Identifying regions with harvest-ready produce

• Selecting reliable farmers with healthy crops

• Loading products according to Pakistani market preferences

• Planning regular weekly shipments

• Coordinating the entire transportation route to the Mirjaveh and Rimdan borders

• Handling customs procedures in Iran

• Ensuring on-time delivery to the Pakistani client

This process resulted in fast, reliable supply and fully addressed the client’s concerns.
